Mr. Waugh received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame and is a devoted alum. He entered military service in 1967 and served overseas.
After completing military service, the GI Bill enabled Mr. Waugh to continue his education and obtain his Law Degree from the University of Missouri, where he wrote for the Law Review.
Mr. Waugh has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 1974. He is listed in Arizona's Finest Lawyers, Southwest Super Lawyers and by other peer review organizations,
Mr. Waugh is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona and many other professional organizations. He is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and before various federal courts. The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization certifies attorneys as specialists in several areas of law who are experts at making sure their clients’ voices are heard. Mr. Waugh is a Board-Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death, which means he has the background, training, and experience to help protect the legal rights of injured individuals and people treated unfairly by insurance companies.
