After completing military service, Mr. Waugh received his law degree from the University of Missouri where he wrote for the law review. He has been licensed to practice in Arizona since 1974.
Mr. Waugh is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the State Bar of Arizona and many other professional groups. He is admitted to practice in the State of Arizona and before various federal courts. The Arizona Board of Legal Specialization certifies attorneys as specialists in several areas of law who are experts at making sure their clients' voices are heard. Mr. Waugh is a Board Certified Specialist in personal injury and wrongful death law, which means he has the background, training and experience to help injured individuals and people treated unfairly by insurance companies to protect their legal rights.
